I'm tied of the fruit on the bottom junk.  Yeah, I know it's not good for me (high fructose corn syrup)...I'm just lazy.  I added some fresh blueberries to it and it was good.  So if you eat plain yogurt (or greek) what do you add to yours??

I buy frozen berries, strawberries, cherries.... thaw them, mix them with splenda and plain 2% greek yoghurt. I'm a fan of tart, and it's sweet and tart. yummm i'm in love. i've had to limit my input because it's too good

I use fage 2% and add honey or I buy the flavored chobani (pineapple being my favorite).  The sugar in these option does not bother me but others might not be able to tolerate it.

I use the non-fat Greek Yogurt, Fage or Chobani. For breakfast I add 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean high protein cereal, blueberries and some Spenda. For snacks, I'll add some Lipton's Onion Dip or Knorr's Veggie dip and eat with carrots and red pepper strips.

No sugar added raspberry jam, or sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding mix (I top that with no sugar added cherry pie filling).

As I type this, I'm eating Fage 2% Greek Yogurt mixed with a spoonful of sugar-free pistachio pudding mix along with some strawberries.  I also like it mixed with SF chocolate pudding.  I bought some SF butterscotch pudding mix but didn't try it yet.

I eat the Chobani Fat Free plain Greek yogurt, I add splenda and frozen berries, blueberries, or raspberries.  I also add sf pudding mix to make desserts.  It helps to change it up a bit.  I also add it to sauces that I am making for dinner instead of cream of chicken I will dissolve a bullion cube in a small amount of water and then add it to the Greek yogurt to make a creamy sauce.

Hope this helps

I take plain greek yogurt and mix SF strawberry jam and cut up fresh strawberries it taste like strawberry shortcake to me or I mix SF blackberry jam and cut up fresh blackberries.  I love it, I eat it everyday for breakfast and lunch.  I want to try SF peach jam or raspberry and cut up fresh fruit in those.  Yummmy

Since I just found one that I like chobani, I use a teaspoon or two of sf jello pudding mix(so far banana cream and cheesecake) with a little peanut butter or pb2.  I haven't venured out too far yet.
