Bad start to the day - a dear friend died on Saturday and a boss here at work died yesterday. Praying that the day brings happier news as it goes along.

B - 1 oz turkey breast w/low fat swiss on Arnold's Thin
L - Greek yogurt w/Kashi Go Lean
D - ???? something proteiny
Trying to avoid snacks. Lots of water.

Good Morning! Bad news over the weekend... my father's health is fading fast (he is battleing prostrate & bladder cancer) and my Aunt who is close to us thought she licked ovarian cancer (battled for 2 years)... but just got her results back and found that the cancer has spread to lymph system and she is now "peppered" with cancer. On the positive side, last night I met my husband's family (aunts, uncle & grandmother) for the first time! That was real nice! They all live in Venezuela so, I've only met his parents, brother & sister so far... and we've been married 4 years.
Eats are:
B: 1/2 cachapas... I know, not a good choice

D: chicken thigh, steamed carrots
s: ice cream social @ Girl Scouts tonight
