I am going to the Olive branch for a dinner party today any suggstions of something I can eat?

I bet you mean Olive Garden.  Rename your post to "What to eat at Olive Garden?" and you might get some suggestions.

I don't think they have much that is healthy.  Soup (without pasta) would be healthiest.  Salad dressing not good and bread sticks a no-no.

Thanks It is the olive Branch m here we have the Olive Branch and the Olive Garden , but they are 2 seperate chains.

I would look at the menu for chicken or salmon. You can ask for it grilled with any sauce on the side. As for the veggies to be steamed, and I always tell them I don't eat pasta, so would rather have a side salad, dressing on the side.

They have various grill meats,.. chicken etc with seasonal steamed veggies,.. some of thier soups might be good too if you leave the pasta in the bowl. Have fun and be mindful!
