I would really like for someone to help guide me through with eating and excersizing to make sure the weight I will gain is for the baby and not just because I wanted that late night fried bologna half-sandwhich with mayo and mustard and a side of neopolotan ice cream lol...but honestly this will be a hard journey for me amd I would love to have some comfort or someone to lean on and talk to, if you don't mind.  My email b/c I hardly get on as much as I want to, is [email protected]

I would love to hear and keep in touch with anyone!!

See I knew this was a unspoken side effect of WLS.  I told the Nurse who runs one of my support groups this and she laughed.  Well I'm not preggo by my wife is.

Congrats on your soon to be little one!

When my wife was preggers with our oldest she worked out 5 days a week for about 60-90 minutes.  most of that was weight training with light weights and lots of reps.  As for food after WLS I'm not sure but one of your doctors may be able to give you a calorie target.

Congrats! Just remember you only need an extra 200-300 calories a day to grow that baby; and you don't need that until the second trimester. I am sure you will get a lot of great advice at the pregnancy forum.
