Protein bars
My favorite are Luna bars. I started them once I was moved onto a regular diet, so about six weeks out. Jus****ch the sugar in them.

i use kashi go lean tlc chewy granola bars, they have 5 to 7 grams of protein per bar & 6g of sugar, i waited until 6 months out. i also use south beach diet peanut butter granola bars, 8g protein & 6g sugar. no dumping from these, for me, they are a staple in my pantry now. my page has my grocery list, what i actually buy now. i find the kashi @ wal-mart, any grocery store, bj's warehouse, i bet trader joes has them too, and also amazon.com!
My favorites are Oh Yeah but they are expensive and hard to find. Pure Protein is my standby. I buy them by the box at Target or Walmart for less than $1 a bar. We could start having 1/2 for a meal at 7 weeks.
