For all the vitamin gurus. Help please!

I go Wed. for my 3 mnth check up and labs. Can someone please tell me exactly what I need to get checked? I don't want to miss getting anything checked, just not sure what to ask for. I know Vit. D, iton, B12 calcium, but what else? Thanks for the help.

Vitamin D (25 hydroxy)

Zinc
Phosphorus
Copper

Selenium

Prealbumin

That is such a helpful list...thank you!!! I'm new post-op and will print this page to keep. Not sure what everything is, but with at least knowing what to ask for helps. I can Google what they are. Thanks again!

Google them, or ask here. If you have not yet found Andrea's blog, it's wlsvitagarten.com, I think, and it's great. I know this initially looks like a long complicated list but it's not hard to learn this stuff.
