Goal and Wonderland Today!

This morning I reached goal and onederland at the same time! I officially hit 198.9. I cried at the scale. I can hardly believe that this has happened.

It's been an amazing journey the last 16 months. I can hardly believe that this is all happening. For all of you newbies over a 50+ BMI just know that it can be done. I know others have lost more and less, but it pays to make this journey for yourself.

So I thought this called for a celebration. Here is a recent pic.
