9 days out

Hi all, i had my surgery 9 days ago. i was wondering if everyone counts pounds lost from the weight they were when they went in the hospital or when they leave?

I am down 16 lbs from when i left the hospital. or 7 lbs from when i got to the hospital. I really like the first number, i did have to lose the weight again when i got home so i think i should count it....right?

 I am using my pre surgery weight for my starting weight. I don't even know what I weighed when I left the hospital.

 I use the weight I was when I started the 2 week pre op diet which is when I started losing weight.  Hope you have an easy recover, good luck to you!

Thank you for the input, i will start using the pre-op diet weight. In that case i am down 20lbs  woot woot..

I also use the weight I was at (my highest) before I started the two week pre-op diet.
