1 MONTH SINCE SURGERY

It has been 1 month since surgery!!! I have lost around 24 lbs and feeling great!!!! I can't believe it!!!!

Way to go... I am 1 day behind you and at the same weight loss. I keep thinking it should be more then i read posts on here and it sets me straight.

 Woooo Whooo!!! I was four weeks out this past Wednesday myself.  Keep up the good work. Ain't it great????? I am having trouble getting in my protein supplements.  I do know the importance of getting in the required protein and so I am still striving daily to get this in.  Other than that, I am feeling and doing great.
