Thanks for all that replied about revving up your motabolism. I think I posted on Tuesday.
Started tracking my food on OH Nutrition Log and making sure to get my strength training workout in. Upped my protein from 60grams to 100+grams and keeping my carbohydrates below 50 grams. Calories are ranging from 800-1000 per day. Drinking 12 cups of liquid.
Went from 175.5# to 170.8#! My 3 month stall is OVER. Woohoo. You guys are awesome!!
