10grams of sugar might be a lot but you never know until you try it. There are definitely other options besides Crystal Lite, though. I drink a lot of home brewed ice tea sweetened with Truvia. I also drink a ton of Sobe Lifewater and Vitamin Water Zero. Also, when I'm having a juice craving I pick up diet cranberry juice. There's a whole line of them now. Including cranberry/pomegranite which I love!
