I feel tired all the time, I take Lexapro, but still feel worn out. I had my thyroid checked- it's fine.
Any suggestions ????

How long has it been since surgery?
I am 8 weeks out and feel overly tired too! I know that my body may be adjusting. I relish the time when I am 100%.

Feeling your yawns.

When did you have surgery? For me it took a couple of months before I really started feeling the energy spike.

I'm 4 weeks out today and I'm still really sleepy too.  I had been wondering if it was normal to still be so tired.  Glad to hear I'm not alone.

Make sure you are getting b12 in. It gives us an energy boost.

I am the same way, tired  all the time, It  sounds  bad to say, but  thank god it is not  abnormal, cause I have been really worried, something else is wrong.I had my surgery 8 weeks ago, and I know part of it is I am not hungry, dont eat enough, or drink enough.I  do take  B12 pills from Walmart.

I am 7 weeks postoperative today. I got my energy back around 3 weeks out. Make sure you are taking B12 and have your labs checked reguraly. Not all types of B12 can be absorbed by each person. I take a sublingual tablet which is 2500 mcg daily. It's probably over kill since my dr office recommends 500 mcg daily but from what I understand you can't "overdose" on B12. I feel it if I forget to take it, I feel run down.

Im not saying that it is normal because it may not  be, but I am tired all the time also. Im not due to get labs for a while yet. I was always tired prior to the surgery also, but I keep waiting for this sudden burst of energy that I have read that others get. I am starting to think that it will just never happen to me.

On an up note, I am certainly able to do a heck of a lot more than I could before the surgery!!!!!
