Cravings

I have been craving my honey bunches of oats cereal, that I used to eat almost every day, salads, bread, pasta, crackers, & pretty much everything I can't have right now! GRRR...This is not an easy fight! Cottage cheese isn't cutting it... :o( Some days I would just rather not even look at food because I'm so sick of the same thing. When does it get easier? If it even does?

It gets easier quickly.  The longer you stay away from those high carb foods, the easier it gets in regards to the food cravings.  Your weight loss will be faster and more if you don't add them back into your diet for some time.
