Hit my goal and still losing...
Not trying to be flippant....but you will stop losing when you take in more calories than you burn. When you are at your "happy weight" add healthy carbs. You may get some "bounce back" a couple of years out so many people go a bit under their goal before they try to stop the loss.

You set the goal not your body......
You'll stop when your body is ready to stop there isnt a switch that just says ok enough is enough. You will have to eat more than you expend in a day. There are alot of people that will fall way below their goal weight and they adjust to hit the target they want to be at.

I went way below my goal. I am hoping I have stopped losing. I am just past a year out and finally able to eat more. I'm not too worried about it because I still have 23% body fat so obviously I'm not skin and bones. I am sure I will have bounce back, as well.
