itching, i might be going crazy

so I'm about 8 months out and for about the last 2 month I have be having the crazy itching on my legs. I have not changed soaps, NOTHING has changed. I itch and welt like scratches show up and somethings bumps, but after about 30 mins it goes away. Also I have, the last 2 nights/days i have been having a high pinching feeling right under my belly button... any idea what it could be?

Do you use a moisturizing lotion? If so, which one?

I have no idea about the pinching feeling under your belly button. You may want to call your surgeons office and ask about that. Could be nothing, but its safer to call and get it checked out. 

I get a pinchy feeling on my side near one of the incisions.  i go back next month.  I think it's scar tissue. I'm gonna ask them about it though.  It feels weird.

My first guess would be hives.  Try taking an antihystamine and see if it helps.
