Help! 14mths out and having new pain!

SO i woke up this morning with horrible pain in my upper stomach.. actually right where my incision is located, but just internally... I dont recall having this pain before and it hurts when i try to stand up straight and not hunched over...
I dont want to be silly and go to the doctor if its just gas pain or something like that... its just i dont recall having pain like this....

Any ideas??

I would try to eliminate gas as the potential issue first (try some Gas-x or something that works relatively quickly), but if the pain continues and continues to be severe, contact your surgeon.  There are lots of things that could be going on.
