Sorry, I am feeling a bit theatrical right now I just got word of my approval for RNY and got my surgery date of Oct 12th. I feel like I am starting down the yellow brick road with many, many personal challenges and opportunities for excitement and adventure in my future. I feel awesome and am now pinching myself to make sure I am awake.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for being there in my times of questions and concerns. If I had known this kind of support group existed, I might have chose to self pay 10 years ago. I am looking ahead now I am so excited and just wanted to share the news with all of you. I know this forum will continue to be my primary support group and feel so good about that fact.
