I just saw the posting for them today on Facebook. do you know about how far out we have to be before we can have protein bars?

One door closes and another opens. I am excited to go through the new door that has opened and ecstatic the old one is closing!

It would probably depend on your plan. My Dr had me on solid foods very quickly so I was able to do them as soon as I could eat regular food.

I was 3 weeks out the nut told me to eat protein bars bacause I can't do powder protien
because I dump on it now I do on the bars

I've been waiting for my Quest samples for a couple months. I haven't tried any of their bars yet because I was waiting to try the free samples they were supposedly sending!

Go to their website and click on the contact button and send them an e-mail or if they have a rep online tell them. You will get them quick. They said on their facebook page that they get 10,000 requests a week for samples and if you have been longer than 6 to 8 weeks to contact them. They are worth the wait but you can always just order single bars to try.
