Howdy OH!!!!! SOOO needed yesterday off.... now feeling refreshed and pretty good.  My eats need to be a lil more... soo

Babygirl got her surgery March 3rd...     She's from 339 to 200 as of 6/14/2012.. SOO proud of my bigbabygirl

Been out of town for  a funeral - could use a day off to recoup, but not meant to be.....

Did lousy with protein while away, so getting back on track:

B - the usual power crunch
L - cheese / apple

Don't know what to do for the rest of the day - too tired to think.

Good Morning All! Not sure what has been going on in my head lately. I am struggling to get a grasp over my "compulsive eating issues". Tonight I am going to go to my first overeater's anonymous meeting. I am looking forward to it in alot of ways.
I need to do something.
Food for the day -
B -2 egg omlette w/mushrooms, rye toast (1/2 at 6:00 am and the rest in 2 - 3 hours)
S - Pear
L - Salad
S - RF Cheese Sticks or greek yogurt
D - 3 oz roast beef, onions and veggies
Lots of water.
Have a good day all.

Good morning! Today I have to bring my daughter to her 4 month well baby appointment. I'm certainly not looking forward to shots.

Apple slices and either a cheese stick or jerky
Turkey meatballs and spaghetti squash
protein cake

Morning everyone!!

Im feeling good today. I was given a Lane Bryant gift card and went to use it yesterday. Was fun buying the SMALLEST size they make. Awesome. Also picked up some skinny jeans!! wow. AND BONUS...got everything on sale. yay me :)

OH and BIG, BIG, HUGE scale excitement. Im trying to hold out until Friday to post cause I know my body likes to jump around a little...

Im not getting in enough protein. Even though Im not having the carbs, Im still not getting in enough protein and need to add my shakes back in. Maybe I'll start having them for dessert.

Eats for today:

Coffee w/ cream
Atkins Bar
Leftover roast w/ mushrooms and a piece of cheese
Almonds
Not sure about dinner yet...

Good Morning. I have been decreasing my lantus insulin again! This has been very encouraging and I should be off it completely in about two weeks. I would like to get some exercise in at regular intervals. Still working on that part of my healthy life plan.

B: Protien Shake
S: Raw Almonds, snow peas
L: Left over Turkey vegetable skillet, sweet potatoe chips
S: Hard cooked egg, banana
D: Baked Pollock Florintine, Quinoa

Oh Im sorry...I should have said...SHAKE. Its Jay Robb Protein powder  I add a little SF orange jello to give it color and a teeny splash of extra orange extract.

Hope you didnt get too excited.  Im going to make ice cream with it this weekend. YUM.
