what are you doing/eating today? Tuesday
Good Morning All! Not sure what has been going on in my head lately. I am struggling to get a grasp over my "compulsive eating issues". Tonight I am going to go to my first overeater's anonymous meeting. I am looking forward to it in alot of ways.
I need to do something.
Food for the day -
B -2 egg omlette w/mushrooms, rye toast (1/2 at 6:00 am and the rest in 2 - 3 hours)
S - Pear
L - Salad
S - RF Cheese Sticks or greek yogurt
D - 3 oz roast beef, onions and veggies
Lots of water.
Have a good day all.

Im feeling good today. I was given a Lane Bryant gift card and went to use it yesterday. Was fun buying the SMALLEST size they make. Awesome. Also picked up some skinny jeans!! wow. AND BONUS...got everything on sale. yay me :)
OH and BIG, BIG, HUGE scale excitement. Im trying to hold out until Friday to post cause I know my body likes to jump around a little...
Im not getting in enough protein. Even though Im not having the carbs, Im still not getting in enough protein and need to add my shakes back in. Maybe I'll start having them for dessert.

Leftover roast w/ mushrooms and a piece of cheese
Almonds
Not sure about dinner yet...

Good Morning. I have been decreasing my lantus insulin again! This has been very encouraging and I should be off it completely in about two weeks. I would like to get some exercise in at regular intervals. Still working on that part of my healthy life plan.

Oh Im sorry...I should have said...SHAKE. Its Jay Robb Protein powder I add a little SF orange jello to give it color and a teeny splash of extra orange extract.
