Hot Apple Cider

Has anyone tried the Hot Apple Cider by Keurig?  I have a couple of pods but I don't have the box so I'm not sure about the sugar content.  Can anyone give me that information?

16g of sugar and 80 calories!!! Yikes! I drink the sugar free Alpine ones that I get from Walmart

 Have you had anything with that much suger in it. I mistakenly ate a Fage yogurt which had 16 g of sugar and I didnt end up getting sick. So if you had something that had that much sugar you may be able to drink them after all. I try very hard to read labels on everything but that one time i forgot. Thank god I didnt get sick...but at least i know what I can tolerate..lol

I don't generally get sick from that much sugar but I get very gassy like I do from sugar alcohols. I am very lucky that way. But the gas is HORRIBLE if I have too much.
