what are you doing/eating today? Monday

Got back late last night from visiting with our very own cherylkas! I had such fun. Her kids are ADORABLE! I miss having little kids. Sometimes. Then I get over it.
Anyway, today I am, as usual, overbooked. I have support group AND a church council meeting tonight. No rest for the weary I guess.
I am not 100% sure about eats today (I forgot about church council so that changes my dinner plan a little bit).
So far I've had a Muscle Milk. Lunch will probably involve some lunch meat. I may skip the dinner plan I had (or make it for tomorrow) and just do an egg scramble. I love eggs!

Morning everyone! Had a great weekend for a change. Unfortunately, my add a little complex carbs back in turned into bad choices and I never ended up working out over the weekend. BUT, the weekend is over now and its back to business.
Still trying to get my workouts back in. This is the last week DD has drivers ed, so hopefully I can have more evening time to myself to get this done.
Eats for today:
Venti SBX Iced SF Latte. Drank half on the way in, then threw in a little protein. Not feeling it today, but will try to fini**** cause Im not getting enough protein
Not hungry yet, but either Okios Greek yogurt (the lowest carb count I could find for greek yogurt, 8 carbs) or an Atkins bar
Leftover Chicken, spinach, mushroom alfredo over spaghetti squash YUM!!!
Almonds and dry roasted edamame
Grilled Flank steak and steamed vegs for dinner

With things like Greek yogurt, I wouldn't worry so much about the carbs if you're only eating one portion in a day. If it makes you feel better, though, eat your yogurt AFTER your workout when you need the carbs for recovery. :)
