Does anyone ever have this pain???

Ever since my surgery on 16 Aug, I notice almost everyday that i get this weird pain in my left bottom quadrant, right near my pelvic bone.  I don't really know how to describe it.  It's almost like a cramp ro a stich.  It's not painful enough to take anything but its more annoying than anything.  It just comes and goes at random times.  I notice it alot when I work out but also at random times throughout the day.  Anybody else experience this or have any idea what this could be.   

Oh yea, I have it there. I also have it randomly twinge where my kidneys are, my gall bladder, pretty much all 4 quadrants. They told me it was the healing process.......didn't poke me or anything to see. Id keep an eye on it for a while.
