what are you eating/doing today? hump day wednesday!
Morning! Going to the venue for my daughters upcoming wedding this may for a tasting. I am kind of anxious. Mainly not because I will only taste 1 bite of everything, but sometimes it bugs me afterwards that I might have deprived myself of something and then I eat too much of other crap later on. I have that experience since my RNY, but it still makes me a little apprehensive. Just sayin...

Morning everyone!
Had an exciting RH episode out shopping last night. that was fun. Been a wierd couple days...had a pretty small pouch for the past couple days (which is unsual for me) then yesterday felt like I was starving all day and did eat...wonder if they are connected.
Oh!! and a happy, happy birthday to my great-niece who turns 5 today!! Love that little girl so much! Will be celebrating with her tonight even if I wont be having any cake...

Making a ground beef, sauteed onion, squash alfredo concoction. Just using up what I have sitting around. I'll make it work.

I'm alive! We got to Texas on Saturday. I was so worried about flying with my 4 month old, but it wasn't as bad as I'd expected. I've been trying to eat on plan while home, and I think I'm doing pretty well, but probably falling a little short...and I've eaten a few cookies. Oops. Today is a new day thought, and I'm going to hit the road for a run, which will help me to feel better.

I had a late start today, couldn't get out of bed on time for nothing!
Lunch (since I slept till 9am didn't get to work till 10)
Chicken burrito bowl from chipotle without the rice and with extra beans, I ate about 3 oz of that (figure its gonna be my dinner and probably breakfast tomorrow too)
Dinner - if I remember to take home the bowl, if not, I made stuffed shells last night, so will eat the filling out of 2 of those (ricotta, egg and mozzarella cheese)
Snack - 0% Fage Greek yogurt with SF caramel syrup
