need some ideas to loose more weight

I am a little over a year out and have been stuck at 140 for months now.  Any ideas to boost weight loss?  THANKS!

What about changing up your eating pattern - eating 5 small meals rather than 3 regular meals?

I'm confused. Your ticker says you reached goal and it was 120. Did you gain 20 pounds and want to lose them or is your ticker wrong? I think we need more information to try to help you. How many calories are you eating? Are you tracking your food? How much protein? Exercise? Water??
