been MIA...
I can't believe I haven't checked in, in forever! I need to be back here. I was down to 169 and kinda let things slip up and discovered sugar doesn't make me too sick (still gives me a headache and a queasy feeling) and I would eat it anyway. I went up to 177 (mostly water from popcorn the day before I weighed) but have to get back to tracking food daily, checking in here, and being creative for sweets. Well really I crave crunchy stuff more than anything. Sweets I can make up protein pudding or having a sugar free sno cone, etc.
I am recommiting this week to getting to my goal. Cutting sugar completely again and getting back into an exercise routine. I wanted to do a 5k this year and umm... my time is running out. I need to find one that I can do and just do it even if I come in last, at least I have a place to start at and work on another one.
