It's my BIRTHDAY!!!!

*cue the marching band, acrobats, and confetti*

Birthdays are always a huge deal for me (I was that kid that took birthdays to the max and made sure everyone knew I was the princess for the day). My parents always call at 3:25am and sing Happy Birthday (the Stevie Wonder version) and my dad ends with his own rendition of "Isn't she lovely" (he's been singing this song to me off key for 32 years and I LOVE it!!!).

This year, I'm especially blessed on my birthday. I'm a year older (21 for the 11th time...), a bit wiser, healthier, and weighing in at 70 (yes...SEVENTY) pounds lighter than I was last year. I'm surrounded by supportive friends and family that are happy for me and want to see me succeed and become a healthier more active person. What more could a girl ask for (besides diamonds and a few pair's of Christian Louboutin's)?

So cheers to me on my birthday!!!!

Don't mind the squinty look on my face...my glasses need adjusting because they're.....TOO BIG (and fall off my face when I bend over).
