Which form of sugar is better

Hello,
I have a question about sugar alcohol and Isomalt, which is better for you or are they both the same, meaning does it matter which I use?

I am not sure about your question.  Isomalt is a sugar alcohol, too.  I wouldn't say they are bad for you but they can cause intestinal upset in larger quanities.  I have been known to dump on sugar alcohols, too, but I seem to be tolerating them better.

O Really!?!  I was reading on the internet, (suppose you can't beleive everything on the internet, eh! ) It did not sound like sugar alcohol, however it does seem to have a lot more carbs!  I thought maybe it was different. I bought a bag of crystal light hard candies and it contained isomelt, so I thought that it did not contain sugar alcohol.  I have a cast iron egg it seems like, however I don't pu**** don't want to dump.
