74 lbs lost Happy New Year
Happy New Years Everyone!!
I went swimming this morning and after swimming I deceded to weigh myself, I only weigh 2x a month since the surgery. I was never a slave to the scale before the surgery and seemed not to be a slave to the scale after the surgery. Glad to say another 10 pounds gone for a total of 74 punds lost. I hope to keep on loosing 10 pounds per month, if more wants to come off, I am very happy with that too.
I wanted to sit in the hot tub after swimming however they were adding water to the hot tub so I thought next time I will.
