What do you put when asked if you have dietary restrictions?

I have a business meeting at the end of the month and need to notify them if I have any dietry restrictions.  What do you put?  Leave it blank or put low-carb/sugar?

This is a really good question. I'd say low carb/sugar/fat high protein. Makes it easier I would hope. Grilled meats and veggies, right?

Well, I put vegetarian.  I usually don't have trouble finding something low in sugar, it usually just means I skip the dessert.  I guess you could put diabetic, because even though you're not diabetic, a diabetic diet is low in carbs and sugar and similar to what we need.

I don't say anything. I eat what I can and I bring protein bars/nectar if I really can't eat anything. I've been very lucky so far and only had one meal without anything I could eat, a pasta bar.

Luckily I work for an amazing company that will accomodate my needs.  Plus this is a big money event, so I would prefer not to have to bring my own food

I'd be surprised if they provided food on their normal menu that you were unable to eat!   Just eat the protein and leave the rest - it's really easy to fly under the radar on this!   I doubt you'd be able to eat a normal size meal at this stage anyway ...

If you know you want something in particular - you could just put "fish only" for example - no need to explain!
