my mini goal this week

well, i had made a small personal goal for me this week...get on the treadmill every day during the week, Mon-Fri this week and walk 1.5 miles....and i did that...wed and today were the hardest days to get on the treadmill....body was still and sore..but then i have been going to line dance classes also 3 days a week...and i did it this week...so the last 2 days with the line dancing and tredmill...on my little pedometer i have on my pockedt, it puts me about 4 miles for the day...oh boy...

pre op, it took me little over 30 min to get just a half mile in, and now i can get 1.5 miles in just 30 min or so....i breifly, and very brief get to 3.3 on the treadmill..but most of the time i hang out at the 2.5-3.0 speeds which is a huge improvement for me...

i am 10 months out and down 105 pounds....what an improvment....now to do it again next week...
