Keep your motivation up. Make lists of all the things you can't do now that you want to do when you've lost weight. Make a list of meds you might be on so you'll remember when you're off them. Take before pictures.

Good luck! You'll do great!

Just stick to your plan. That 2 weeks will be over before you know it. Take one day at a time. Think about your goal and what you want out of it. The prize will be worth it. Good luck and God Bless!

Philippians 4;6-7

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank him for all he has done. Then you will experience God’s peace, which exceeds anything we can understand. His peace will guard your hearts and minds as you live in Christ Jesus.

I am on day 9 of 14 and I have to say day 1 and 2 kinda hard day 3 not to bad day 4 I wanted to eat a small child - day 5 - today mucho better. Can't say that I have really been hungry just want to eat out of habit or feeling like I need to.  Hang in there and just keep telling yourself this too shall pass. If I can do it anybody can.......  Try to stay busy and out of the kitchen. I thought I would be super woman and cook for my family and have my little salad and protein drink - day 4 was when I figured out I couldn't do that so they are eating lean cuisines this week. Make sure ou have what you need on hand and readily available that made it easier for me anyway - good luck and see you on the other side.....

I had a hard time on the 2 week diet but surprisingly got thru it without cheating. Keys for me were keeping hydrated, drinking hot tea or broth when hunger was driving me crazy and staying as far away from the kitchen as humanly possible. I blogged extensively those days, just to give myself something to distract the brain.

SF popsicles, SF jello, decaf teas, and a warm pot of broth -- drink it out of a mug to fool yourself! These you can pretty much have at any time to supplement your diet. Plus, these items all add to your fluid count, prepares you for your first few days post surgery, and keeps you full.

Hang in there!
