Every thing looks fine but you are missing some key items which I think you were missing last time
vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin E, copper, zinc, magnesium, selenium, PTH, phosphorus
the vitamin D is great and there really isnt' any difference between 97 and 101 -there is always a percentage that there can be difference when a lab runs our vitamins that if they rerun then, they can be off by a tiny bit
