Why do you want to wear one? Is it just post RNy stuff? For me..I'm going to be awake enough to tell them no NSAIDS and if I'm not they aren't going to be giving me NSAIDS.
So my family knows no NSAIDS and no blind NG tube. So do my primary doctors.

I guess it just feels like its not the kind of jewlery I need. Mine are a big and more sparkly.

 Here's where I got mine: http://www.n-styleid.com/

I have multiple ID-worthy medical conditions, so I made a web page with all the info and put the URL (plus the most urgent info) on my bracelet.

I used Lauren's Hope and love my bracelet!  Looks like something from Brighton...cost me about $80, but since I'm going to wear it all the time, it was worth it to me.

Mine is black, braided leather with a silver slide on one side...the ID part is always facing down, so unless someone is really looking hard at my wrist, they wouldn't even notice it's an ID bracelet.

I think it's a great idea to wear one, because family might not be around if you get into a car crash to tell them not to stick a tube down your throat without knowing about RNY.  I'm more worried about them perforating my pouch than giving me NSAIDS.  I think you'd have to take them over time to do a lot of damage.

Will probably get another, dressier one and one I can swim with...

Mine says:  My name
                     Gastric Bypass
                     Consult Bariatric Surgeon
                      Before Any Medical Procedure
Height: 5'6" SW: 234

I put No NG Tube and NO NSAIDS, and my name and type of surgery and surgery date, but a doctor just said we can have an NG tube it just has to be put in more careful, so I don't know.

I like RoadID as it lets you store a medical profile online that first responders can access.
