Short term goals

So I'm down 85 lbs in 4 months & 1 week.  I was talking to my husband the other day about all  these short term goals I have.

1.  loose 100 lbs - I am so close 15.1 lbs to go.
2.  get under 40 bmi, which for me is 214 lbs - only 21.1 lbs to go.
3.  get under 200 lbs.

Anyone else have any short term goals that they are so close to meeting?

No, not really. I'm not loosing as fast as you are - I wish I was. I've lost about 30-40 pounds in 2 months: OK maybe I am doing better than I thought putting it that way.

My short term goals were to exercise more and make it to work everyday. I'm making work everyday, but hurt my back AGAIN last week and am struggling just to get to work - not exercising right now.

Sorry but 30-40 lbs in 2 months sounds exactly same as my weightloss.   :P

 Pre surgery but they are
Lose 10 more lbs before surgery in May
Make it thru surgery and wake up smiling and not in to much pain
Lastly I do hope my kids learn a lesson from this. Sometimes you can work work work for a goal on your own and it doesn't happen and you need to ask for help.  I had to see a Dr for this tool to get healthy may they see the struggles I had to endure so they don't have to do this surgery too! I know my 7 10 and 12 year old understand this my son he is to little.
My goals for the next month....so much more realistic vs my I want to lose 25 lbs in a month! ;-)

It has been great for me to set small, short term, realistic goals.  I have met all of them and have been very happy with my success at reaching them.  I feel that setting these short term ones that are realistic keep me in focused and in reality.  It is easy to get discouraged when goals are too far out and are possibly not realistic no matter what the time frame.

I want to lose 30 more lbs by August 5th. (This will also put me in onderland huge goal)
I want to improve my iron level.
I'd like to improve my HDL so this means more frequent and longer work outs.
Goals are good if you keep them realistic.
