Grilled veggies

is this a soft food phase? or hard? I really want to make some grilled zuchinni and tomato. Also, protein noodles, are they doable?

For clarification, I mean soba noodles which are made from buckwheat.

I don't think grilled vegetables would be a soft phase food.  I really don't know about the noodles.
  Today is the first day of the rest of my life!!

i would stay away from the veggies yet.  Yes, they get smooshy but they are still veggies and have to be digested .   And no noodles.  Buckwheat or otherwise.  Still very high in carbs.  You can try the miracle noodles once you are cleared for that.  They are soy.

 I wad cleared for cooked veggies at two weeks, but my plan is very progressive. I was not allowed any grains until two months. I still dont eat pasta. I only eat whole grains on occasion.

i was cleared for very well cooked veggies at the soft food phase. green beans are very low in calories and a welcome change!
