One month away!!!!!

 I'm writing my monthly appointments and making dinner then I realize I'm a month away from having my surgery... and my soon to be small stomach dropped to the floor. LMBO
Changes appear sooner than later, been preparing myself, sip, sip, sip. Been drinking my protein shakes with only 4 ounces of milk (not too gr8) and research, research and this forum. Thanks everyone, might not think your post help but they definitely DO. 

HI mY surgery is scheduled 5/29. When is yours??? Maybe we can keep on touch during the process since we are both around the same time frame....

I myself am having surgery this month. The 15th! I'm on the 3rd day of the liquid diet and holy COW I hope it gets easier.

The end result will ALL be worth it though. :)

How long are you on liquid diet? My dr doesnt require you to be on it. He asked me to loose 10lbs and I Lost 20.... so im excited! R u having RNY?
