Zumba

ok, so I think I have an addiction to Zumba.  I absolutely love it!! Last week I went Monday Tuesday and Wednesday!!!  I just love it!! The problem I have is that I get the songs stuck in my head, but since they're in spanish I can't always figure out what song is what.

I've been wanting to try Zumba.  I think most people do become addicted to it!

I was so nervous at the beginning.  I didn't think I would be able to keep up.  But I think I do a pretty good job.  And it's so much fun.  this is the first time I have ever looked forward to exercising 

 I absolutely LOVE Zumba! I've been hooked since my first class 4mths ago. Now I take 4 to 5, 1hr classes a week. My Zumba class plays all kinds of music not just spanish she also plays reggae, calypso, soca and a little up tempo R&B & hip hop

That's great! I have the Wii Zumba game and what a killer workout! It is so hard though...each class is 20 minutes and I can barely make it through. I'm 3 months out and I'm hoping my fitness level will increase so that I can do more!
