NSV - Bye Bye Lane Bryant!

I had to write about this... at one of my support groups before surgery they asked what one of our NSV's would be... I was just joking when I said that I wanted to be thin enough that Lane Bryant's smallest size would be too large for me... well, that is now the case!  I ordered a few items in the size small and they are too big.  I never thought I would be able to say that but it's happened. 

I also got a pair of jeans today that are a size 8.  When I started my journey I was in a 24.

I know that my body has changed significantly, but I don't think that my mind has caught up with this yet... LOL

My first Christmas after surgery, DH got me a dartboard (I do not play) that he had covered with ads from plus sized stores.

I hung it in my sewing room, with darts hand placed as I in-grew the stores in question!

 Grats! That is amazing feeling I bet. Can't wait to be there as well. 

Congrats! I had the same experience last week when I went shopping and fit into 12/14 down from 28/30. It was the coolest experience. Way to go with all of your hard work and good luck on your journey.

Yeahhh!!!!   Congrats.
I went there around Christmastime to get my MIL some PJ's for Christmas. I was SNUBBED!  They were looking at me like, "What is that ***** doing here?" I couldn't get any help at all!  It was incredibly weird since that used to be the store I always went to.

That is great! Too cool. I haven't been shopping there since I hit a 16 cause I can go elsewhere and pay less. Awesome!

great job! I worked at LB as a second job for a while and I long to go in there after weight loss and ask a clerk "Excuse me? Where are your smaller sizes? I don't see anything less than a 14."
