A lot of these recipes look really good,and easy to make. I was wondering where I might grab myself a gator, rabbit, or a frog for some of the more uh...exotic recipes though.

LOL!!! I didn't get that far. I was impressed with the Enchilada Chicken and can't wait to make it! As for the more exotics....maybe watching an episode of Swamp People will help us determine that...lol.
