Awkward NSV

I was out on Friday night doing day 3 of the C25K and a young guy lowered his window and yelled...something. It was sexual and not about my size, which was refreshing.

I'm glad that you view that as a NSV. Personally, I find that sort of thing really inappropriate and offensive. It does not make me happy when guys behave like that. I wish they had better manners.

You think you have it bad, I hate it when guys yell sexual things at me. I don't even like it when gals yell at me sexualy when my wife is with me...

I'm with ya on the guys yelling sexual things at me...but I'm OK with women yelling sexual things at me even in the presence of my wife...unless I happen to know the one doing the yelling...that can make for an uncomfortable discussion later on...

yep... I find it rude and inappropriate as well.
but if a guy is going to yell something I'd rather that than the "Moooo! What a "efing" cow" as they drive by. Jerks.

Exactly. I'd rather people not yell at me, but I've been "mooed" at and it definitely made feel worse.

Non Scale Victory .... those wonderful things that happen post-op and have nothing to do with pounds or the scale. NSVs help get through stalls, plateus, etc
