Surgery in three days!

Hello everyone-
As of tomorrow, I will be offline for a little while until I come home from surgery - which is scheduled for Tuesday. I am pulling my hair out trying not to forget anything.
We (husband and three boys) are leaving tomorrow morning, driving two hours and then staying in a camp on the lake. My mom is joining us, then Monday she'll take the kids to our house so my husband and I can have the last night prior to surgery together.
So, between packing for camp, boys' clothes and surgery/hospital, I'm going crazy. But, it will certainly take my mind off worrying for a little bit.
So, please wish me luck. I've been on the liquid pre-surgery diet since Sunday, and it's been really hard. Counting down the days.....

I am right there with you!  I have my surgery on Monday!  Nervous and excited at the same time.  On a liquid diet and all I can think about is food....go figure!

Me too! Isn't it awful! I just want to chew! But it will be worth it. The other day, I did have a bite of chicken.....then I stopped!

good luck to you!!! mine is Monday just putting the last plans in place for the homefront.  I cannot wait to eat food again this liquid diet for two weeks is for the birds, it certainly gets easier and easier.  Best wishes to you!!

That's awesome!!! I am having surg on Wednesday the 27th.  Good luck and see you on the losers bench!!

My surgery is Tuedday too! ! liquids are hard but staying busy helps. and it sounds like that shouldnt be a problem. i will keep you in my thoughts.
