ONEDERLAND

This morning I hit ONEderland!!!! I havent been under 200 lbs since 6th grade (literally)!  I remember being at my grandmas house that lived 30 minutes away from my town and getting on the scale and seeing it move up to over 200 lbs.  It was a sad day for me even back then.  So to get on the scale this morning and see 199 made me do a dance!!!!!! HOORAY!  I believe now that I have gotten there it could be a little tougher to lose weight as quickly as I have.  Is this correct? Does it keep going at the same rate because of my little "tool"?

 first day i was 200 i cried... i knew i was doomed :( i cant wait to be 199 :P im 245 right now :(

That is such a great feeling! Good for you!!!!! Over my last 5 months, my losses were, 1st month down 25 pounds, 2nd month down 21 pounds, 3rd month down 19 pounds, 4th month down 12 pounds and 5th month down 11. I dont know if that is the norm, average or what.... but I do know that even if I only went down 1 it is 1 less haha.... but I have slowed down over last couple of months for sure. Congrats! I'm hoping to hit onerland at my first year surgerversary. Currently I'm losing 5-6 lbs a month, so that is a strong possibility! I haven't weighed under 200 lbs since 1983!
