duh moment

 hi there, i am having another website duh moment. I have a doc listed on my page from 3 years ago when I started this process. However i have been with another doc for a while and I really love his staff, his office, and the doctor. How do i update him to my doc.  I feel like i have tried everything..hahahahah

Under the "MyOH" tab, click on "surgeries" under My History.
