Stage 4

Has anyone experience diarrhea after introducing the stage 4 veggies..

Don't understand "stage 4 veggies", but some veggies may cause gas or loose stools.  Each patient is different and there is no one correct answer. DAVE

Like your salads, raw veggies such as tomatoes, carrots etc....

No.  My body loves veggies.  They help keep my bowels functioning and along with prunes, keep things moving along.
