ALmost 1yr out! With Pictures!!
I am almost 1 year out. My heaviest weight was 365lbs. I started my journey at 342lbs. I am currently at 182lbs. I love the way I feel. I can play with my son without getting exhausted. I am working with children again. I just feel wonderful. My ultimate long-term goal was to weigh 180lbs. I never thought I'd hit that in a year! Good luck to everyone who has chosen this wonderful journey!
