Surgery in 48 hours and Im sick

I have to be at the hospital in less tha 48 hours and I have swollen sinus.  I don't feel sick but I moved into a new place and my allergies kicked in.  My nose is stuffy and my sinus are swollen.  Does anyone know how to fix this quick.  Will they even do the surgery if I feel like this.  Soo worried right now.  The last thing I want to do is call and reschedule.  Plz any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I know for my surgery they said if I get a Cold, Persistent cough, Fever, to notify them.

Have you taken any allergy meds? I know for me those help alot. and i take them almost every day during the summer.

I am going to go get some Advil Cold/Sinus... I don't have a fever, or cough at all.  It is all in my head.  Just stuffines.  Im really hoping it goes away.

Don't get Advil. Its a NSAID. Look for just plan Sudafed or Tylenol or even benadryl

I would call the oncall dr and see what they would suggest.  I had a sore throat 2 days before mine and tried to just will it away when I should've called the dr or gone to urgent care then to get it taken care of.  Ended up with ful blown strep the morning of my surgery and had to cancel it.  I was DEVISTATED!  It sounds like yours is allergies which you can't do much about and you aren't contageous or infectious.  But it never hurts to check. 
Have you tried the netipot just to flu**** out?

Take some benadryl and drink, drink, drink!!

Benedryl usually dries up sinuses quick.

 Drink tons of water... and take a decongestant.  Do not take advil.   Allergies probably won't delay your surgery, but you want to be able to breathe clearly.
