First Day Home

Yesterday I came home I had my first night in my own bed which was great! I woke up this morning not as sore as I was but still very tired. Going to try and add a little protien to my diet today.I feel so good to be on the Losers Side' Just gotta get pass the first month or two to start feeling myself again.I will post often to let everyone know how I am doing:)

Yay...welcome home! I started drinking my protein shakes yesterday and so far so good. I'm not getting enough in, but at least I'm getting some. Just take it easy and don't push yourself.

It such a good feeling coming home to your own bed. it won't take 2 months until you feel like yourself it will be a week or 2 and you will be great!!!
