Went to my first follow up

HI everyone.  I went to my first checkup today and everything went well.  I lost 4 pounds since surgery.  LOL.. He told me not to be discouraged.  The truth is I am not discouraged.  It put me into the 300s.  I have not been there in over 10 years.  God is great..
