another dumb newbee question
Puddings were on my liquid and pureed lists...depended on whether i could tolerate the pudding early out.
It was okay on my liquid stage. Make sure you buy the package and mix it with skim milk, that way you get more protein. The pudding snack packs don't have the protein you'll need. 
Never get so busy making a living that you forget to make a life!
