Nothing like waiting until the last minute!
I submitted my appeal for Lapband to RNY on 9/19 and they were supposed to make a decision in 30 days. I didn't call or bug anyone until 10/18 - They told me my deadline for a decision was 10/24. So, that is TOMORROW. Still no decision. Really folks? We waited until literally the last day?
I am hoping that no news so far is good news.
